Meet the kaimahi leading MUMA's mission to uplift urban Māori whānau across South Auckland.
"Our role at MUMA is not just to serve our people — it's to uplift them, to remind them of their strength, their whakapapa, and their right to thrive."
Tania Rangiheuea is the Chief Executive Officer of MUMA, the largest Māori social service provider in South Auckland. With deep roots in kaupapa Māori leadership, Tania brings a powerful combination of cultural grounding and executive expertise to her role.
Under her leadership, MUMA has continued to grow its impact across South Auckland — expanding services, strengthening community partnerships, and ensuring that whānau remain at the centre of everything the organisation does.
